Employees work a variety of flextime schedules that can be four 10-hour days or nine-hour days with one day off every other week. The company provides annual picnics and holiday parties where employees are encouraged to bring spouses and families. The Health/Fitness Center is available for all employees. Wellness programs emphasize preventative health measures such as stress management, CPR, breast cancer awareness, annual fun runs, blood drives and an annual health fair. Many employees take advantage of the five-star daycare center, which is located across the road from the main campus for easy access.
