Employees can also take advantage of an onsite fitness center complete with showers and locker rooms. Novo Nordisk also provides an onsite physician four hours a week and a nurse 20 hours a week to save employees the time of seeking external professional medical care for prescriptions and diagnoses of minor ailments.
