As a private preschool, the focus and priority at Primrose School at The Park is always on child and family needs. It offers 100 percent free child care at its five-star licensed preschool at a benefit value of about $1,000 per month. Employees receive one week off, in addition to their normal vacation, during the week between Christmas and New Year’s to enable them to spend time with their own families. In addition, the company allows modified work schedules, or flextime, to support family responsibilities and pursuit of further education, such as late arrival, early departure and flexible lunch schedules.
