Providence Day School works with each employee to prepare a plan that fits his or her needs for work-life balance. In addition to medical coverage and an employee assistance program, the school provides the children of employees with extended day care at no charge, even if the child doesn’t attend Providence Day School. PDS also provides a personal trainer in the wellness center for all employees at no charge. Children of employees also receive reduced tuition at Providence Day School, and employees are also eligible for tuition reimbursement.
